  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and pureed
  • 100g dry lentils, rinsed
  • 100g dry chickpeas, soaked overnight
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp flour mixed with water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 liters water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
